How to Stay Fit at 50 and Beyond
1. Prioritise Strength Training - can’t stress this one enough…
Muscle mass naturally declines with age, but strength training can slow this process. Lifting weights, using resistance bands, or doing bodyweight exercises like squats and push-ups helps maintain muscle strength, supports bone health, and prevents injuries. Aim for two sessions per week.
2. Keep Moving with Cardio (Yes, running)
