Williamstown Beach is RD Run Squad's closest location to Altona — a short drive along the bay and one of the best morning running spots in Melbourne's inner west. Flat foreshore paths, views across Port Phillip Bay, and sessions designed around building real running fitness without breaking your body.

Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:45am. Depending on the week, you might be doing tempo running along the foreshore, an easy deload run to recover from a hard week, or speed work on the flat path with the water alongside you. Every session is an hour. Every session is worth showing up for.

Casual sessions are $8.50. A five-week block is $75. Your first week is completely free.

RD Run Squad is mostly women — a genuinely welcoming group of everyday runners who show up consistently and look after each other. No pace requirements, no competitive atmosphere, and a coach who designs every session around the real people in front of him rather than a textbook program.
